Amprop Ventures, LLC is a full service real estate development company focused on the development of single tenant and anchored retail projects. With over thirty year’s experience in the commercial development business, Amprop has cultivated an impressive reputation built on quality and a disciplined strategic focus. Amprop’s reputation is enhanced by the vision, dedication and talents of its staff.

Throughout its history, Amprop has developed over one million square feet consisting of retail commercial as well as industrial and office facilities. Amprop quality has attracted industry leaders such as Publix, Albertson’s, Tom Thumb, CVS, Tire Choice (now Monro Muffler Brake), Goodyear, Nike, Wendy’s, Advance Auto Parts, Tire Plus, Flowers Foods, Starbucks, PDQ, Glory Days Grill, Tireworks, Brakemax, Wilhelm Automotive, and Driver's Edge.

Amprop Ventures, LLC has two principal partners with extensive experience developing, building, managing, and leasing commercial real estate properties. By combining their talents, they have been able to grow into a full service real estate development company, managing nearly all aspects of the development process in-house.

Eric Schoessler is the CEO of Amprop Ventures, overseeing all aspects of running a high volume real estate development company. These duties include financial analysis, management of shareholder relations, identification and planning of new development opportunities, maintaining Tenant relationships, and setting long term asset management strategies. A 1992 Graduate of Cornell University and former Army Lieutenant, Eric began his professional career working in finance for Sun Bank and AmSouth bank before entering the development side of the business over 20 years ago. Eric has 4 kids and enjoys coaching youth sports and training as a National Physique competitor.

Patrick Walsh

In the early 1990's, Patrick Walsh and his partner's began developing and owning commercial retail properties. In the years since, they have developed and owned more than a million square feet of retail and restaurant properties, including over 130 tire retail facilities. In 2002 Mr. Walsh merged his business with Mr. Eric Schoessler. Their firm, Amprop Ventures, LLC (and affiliated companies) continues to be industry leaders in retail, auto, and restaurant development.
