Mark Sheldon Mark oversees the development of ongoing projects, including contract and lease negotiation, site planning, permitting, project design, and financing. Mark was the original owner and founder of Regal Ventures, which he formed in 1996 and later merged with Amprop in 2002. Before forming Regal, he worked in commercial real estate finance with several regional banks in the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets.
