Eric Schoessler Eric is the Managing Partner of the Company, with oversight responsibilities for all aspects of the business. His primary responsibilities also include the identification of new development opportunities, management of tenant relationships, and general project coordination. Eric was the Director of Acquisitions for Regal Ventures prior to its merger with Amprop. Prior to joining Regal, he was a lending officer and financial analyst in the Commercial Real Estate department at AmSouth Bank. He has also worked for SunTrust Bank and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. A former officer in the U.S. Army Reserves, Eric’s last assignment was Commander of a Military Police Company.
