Karl is a Florida Certified Class “A” General Contractor with over 35 years of experience in construction. His responsibilities include leading all construction activities including architectural design, site development, bid review, contract review, job coordination, quality control and job safety. He is also actively involved in pre-construction efforts as well as post construction inspection and acceptance.

Prior to joining Amprop, Karl worked as a Project Manager at Greater Bay Construction Company for six years and he was the Division President with US Home Corporation. Karl is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA degree in Marketing and Advertising.
